Booking Policy
To guarantee a reservation made a deposit of one night’s stay may be requested. Any refund of a deposit is dependent on the cancellation policy and at management’s discretion. In the event of a premature departure, it is our policy to charge for the full extent of the stay which has been booked and confirmed. These terms are non-negotiable and receipt of a deposit assumes unconditional agreement of these terms.
Child Policy
Children over 12 years welcome.
Smoking Policy
For the well-being of all our guests our facility is non-smoking, however, a pleasant smoking area is provided immediately outside the front door.

The amenities which we provide at our B and B have been designed and constructed to the best of our ability and for your enjoyment and safety. Nevertheless we regret that the management, its staff and agents, must stipulate that they are absolutely unable to accept liability or responsibility for injury or damage of any nature whatsoever whether arising from negligence or any other cause howsoever which is suffered by any person.
